I've been a little quiet on the Habari front of late as I've been very tied up with $work and my own dev stuff (check out my new personal site design) so have just been lurking on IRC with very little in the way of contributing. I hope to change that as there are some pretty exciting things coming with some major enhancements and loads of bug fixes making their into the code that will be Habari 1.0 (and if I don't pull finger, I'm going to be left behind). Wow!!! That was quick. The guys pushed out Habari 0.7 RC2 last night. This is a worthwhile update as it includes several security fixes that didn't make it into RC1.
I'm a little slow on this one - it was a busy weekend - but we've just pushed out a new security update for Habari following being contacted by High-Tech Bridge regarding a low-risk path disclosure vulnerability (HTB22732) and two potential medium-risk XSS flaws (HTB22731 and HTB22733). Just a quick update to say I've just updated the Habari Twitter and TwitterSilo plugins for both trunk and 0.6.x to take full advantage of Twitter's new OAuth authentication mechanism. The trunk Twitter plugin has actually been working for a few weeks now, I've just updated the rest over the past few days.
After a lot of coding, deliberation and testing, I'm happy to reveal the "new and improved" (of course it's improved, else it wouldn't be a very good "new" product would it? ;-) ) lildude.co.uk.
